We accept AI, EPS, PDF (vector), SVG, and high-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or higher. Vector files produce the sharpest results. If you only have a low-res image, contact us — we may be able to recreate your logo.

Yes! We offer tiered discounts for orders of 5 or more signs. Reach out via the contact form with your quantity and design details and we'll send you a custom quote with bulk pricing.

Standard production is 5–7 business days after you approve your digital proof. Rush orders (2–3 business days) are available for an additional fee — contact us before ordering if you need rush production.

We stand behind our work 100%. If your sign arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, we'll remake it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We offer standard sizes from 8″×8″ up to 36″×36″. Custom dimensions are also available — just include your preferred size in your quote request or contact message.

In many cases, yes. Send us the photo via the contact form and our design team will evaluate whether we can recreate it. Note that we do not reproduce other companies' original sign designs.
